If you need to reschedule an appointment, please be so kind as to give us at least 24-hour notice. This will enable us to make alternative arrangements to see other patients.
We ask you to pay £45 deposit towards your first visit at 92 Dental. Normally, there are no advanced payments after that.
An exception to the rule is for advanced treatments that require long appointments or need significant investment by the practice. These circumstances will necessitate a deposit of up to £700.
All deposits are refundable if cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please note that deposits are taken to confirm your commitment to dental care with us and not as a way to generate profit.
Short notice cancellations or missed appointments are chargeable as per our hourly rate. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete your course of treatment or offer you treatment in the future if you consistently (more than twice) arrive late, cancel appointments at short notice or fail to attend for your treatment.
