Our phone number is 020 8748 1381. Your call will most likely be answered by our beloved receptionist Jenny. She will be able to take bookings and help you with any query about your treatment, our practitioners or how to find us.
We also take online bookings through our booking portal which can be accessed here.
Online booking is ideal for simple appointments such as check-ups, hygiene appointments, and initial consultations for specialist treatments. More complex appointments are better arranged over the phone to allow us to allocate the correct amount of time needed to treat your particular problem.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Find out more about our cancellation and deposit policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with the treatment that you have received at 92 Dental, please let our receptionist Jenny know. You can ask to make a formal complaint through her via phone, email or in person.
We prefer to handle complaints internally, as we believe that this is the most efficient way of solving any problem that you may have. However if you do want to escalate your complaint to the General Dental Council you can do so here. Please be aware that such a complaint will have very damaging consequences for the career of any practitioner implicated.
